Write to support@mjvision.app. Tell us your camera's name and the app version (Settings › About in the app). We answer as soon as we can.
Getting started
- Switch the camera on and open the MJVision app next to it.
- Pair with it over Bluetooth, then give it a Wi-Fi network or unlock its SIM card for the mobile network.
- The camera's picture and statistics then appear in the app, at the pitch or from anywhere.
Common questions
The app cannot reach the camera
Check that the camera is on. On the same Wi-Fi, allow the app to use the local network (iPhone Settings › MJVision › Local Network). Away from the pitch, the camera needs Wi-Fi or mobile data of its own.
Notifications do not arrive
Allow them in iPhone Settings › Notifications › MJVision, and check the kinds of notifications chosen in the app's settings. The camera must have been online at least once since you allowed them.
Where are my match reports?
The camera saves a report of every match. Open Analytics › Match reports in the app; each report can be exported as a PDF.
A camera update is offered
Install it when you are not filming: the camera installs an update only with your consent.

Premiers pas
- Allumez la caméra et ouvrez l’application MJVision à côté.
- Associez-la en Bluetooth, puis donnez-lui un réseau Wi-Fi ou déverrouillez sa carte SIM pour le réseau mobile.

Questions fréquentes
L’application ne trouve pas la caméra
Vérifiez que la caméra est allumée. Sur le même Wi-Fi, autorisez le réseau local (Réglages de l’iPhone › MJVision › Réseau local). Loin du terrain, la caméra a besoin de son propre Wi-Fi ou de données mobiles.
Les notifications n’arrivent pas
Autorisez-les dans Réglages › Notifications › MJVision et vérifiez les types choisis dans les réglages de l’application. La caméra doit avoir été en ligne au moins une fois depuis.
Où sont mes rapports de match ?
La caméra enregistre un rapport de chaque match : Analyse › Rapports de match dans l’application ; chaque rapport s’exporte en PDF.
